The PT Scout Rifle-Rated Target Plates are designed with durability and sound in mind. Each plate features a 3/8″ thick heavy-duty AR550 steel plate. We provided grade 8 carriage bolts that are hard enough to shed bullets and last longer than other bolts. Should extensive use wear down your plate, it is reversible–easily performed with the 3/4″ wrench we built into the foot of the PT Scout stand. With the target mounted to the PT Scout stand and 2×4, projectiles are directed safely and predictably down and away from shooters. The large footprint and balanced center of gravity keep your target upright. For larger calibers or uneven terrain, staking locations are also provided on the PT Scout stand feet.
