The Zabuton Meditation Mat is a rectangular meditation cushion that provides cushioning and support during your meditation practices. It can be used alone, or with a zafu meditation pillow on top.

Our zabuton covers allow you to replace a damaged cover or interchange the look of your zabuton flat mat without buying a new insert.

Our 100% organic line of meditation cushions focuses on sustainability and designing a better cushion for you. The organic covers, inserts, and filling used in these meditation pillows have all of the classic comfort and quality you expect from our Studio Series, but boast a minimal carbon footprint. From the soil the cotton is grown in to the dye used to color the fabrics, these cushions are completely free from toxic chemicals.

• Zippered cover designed to fit snugly over our zabuton pillow insert.

• Regular zabuton measures: 31″ L x 26″ W x 4″ H.

• Jumbo zabuton measures: 36″ L x 28″ W x 4″ H. Jumbo is recommended for our long-legged meditators over 6 ft tall.

• Made of 9 oz., 100% organic cotton duck fabric.
