• We stuff our zafu meditation cushions with approximately 4.5 lbs. of organic buckwheat hulls encased in a zippered muslin shell, making it easy to add/remove the hulls for customized comfort.

• Regular zafu measures 15″ in diameter and 5.5″ tall.

• Hi-zafu measures 14″ in diameter and 8″ tall.

• Cover made of polyester blend fabric.

• Zippered cover is removable for easy washing. Find additional/ replacement zippered zafu covers here.

• Features a convenient carrying handle.
